What is Laughter Sessions?
Laughter Sessions are based on the belief that forced laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter sessions are done in groups, with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
Laughter Sessions combines interactive laughter exercises with deep centering breaths and calming movements. Laughter Sessions is the happiest wellness program ever! It is a joyful way to connect with others and laugh your blues away. Laughter Session are fun, it’s an effective stress relief program for all ages and abilities. It can be performed gently (in a chair if needed) or moving throughout the room with full energy and enthusiasm!
